PricePulse is a Shopify app that provides AI-powered pricing optimization and analysis. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

Data We Collect

Store Information

• Shop name, domain, and currency settings
• Store owner contact information (from app installation)
• Subscription and billing information

Product Data

• Product names, descriptions, and SKUs
• Current and historical pricing information
• Inventory levels and product variants
• Product categories and tags

Order Transaction Data

• Order amounts, dates, and quantities
• Product line items (which products, how many, at what price)
• Order status and fulfillment information
• We do NOT collect customer names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers

How We Use Your Data

Primary Purposes

Data Processing

• All analysis is performed using aggregated, anonymized transaction data

Data Retention & Deletion

Retention Periods

• Active store data: Retained while app is installed and active
• Analysis records: Limited to 50 most recent analyses per store (older analyses automatically deleted)
• Historical business data: Retained indefinitely until app uninstallation and compliance procedures

Automatic Deletion

• App uninstallation: Session data deleted immediately; business data deleted within 48 hours via Shopify compliance procedures
• Analysis cleanup: Only the 50 most recent price analyses are kept per store

Your Deletion Rights

• Request immediate data deletion via support contact
• GDPR and similar privacy law compliance supported
• Data portability available upon request
